Neo Mars International Co., Ltd was founded in 2019 in Myanmar, initially operating as a Japanese language training school with the global of preparing local talent for international career opportunities.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company adapted by transforming its operations into as online learning platforms, continuing to support students and future overseas workers. In 2022, Neo Mars obtained an official license to send Myanmar workers to Japan, marking its transition into a professional overseas recruitment and manpower solutions company.
In 2025, the company expanded its regional presence by opening a branch in Thailand, enabling it to recruit and deploy workers from both Myanmar and Thailand. Today, Neo Mars has also established a branch office in Dubai, UAE, operating as a manpower solutions provider that connects reliable talent with global industries.
Currently, Neo Mars is actively deploying skilled workers to several international destinations, including Japan, Maldives, Singapore, Italy, UAE, and Poland, while continuing to build ethical, transparent, and long-term workforce partnerships worldwide.
